These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and cognitive readiness platform provided by Blank Slate Technologies, Inc. ("Blank Slate"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Access to the platform is provided under the commercial agreement between Blank Slate and your organization; that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms for platform use.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Government and defense access is subject to additional authorized-use terms presented at login.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Services;
• Do not access data you are not authorized to access;
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the Services except as permitted by contract or law;
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, content, and trademarks such as True Knowledge Level™, are owned by Blank Slate or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Customer content

Your organization retains ownership of the content it provides. You grant Blank Slate the rights necessary to host and process that content to deliver the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Blank Slate disclaims implied warranties and does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Outcome figures cited on this site reflect results from specific deployments and are not a guarantee of future results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blank Slate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable commercial agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
