Blank Slate Technologies, Inc. ("Blank Slate," "we," "us") builds a cognitive readiness platform for mission-critical teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and platform (together, the "Services").
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, role, and the details you submit through demo requests and forms. When you use the platform, we collect training and performance data on behalf of your organization, along with usage and device information needed to operate the Services securely.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with your organization (which controls its own account data), and where required by law or to protect our rights and users. Government and defense deployments are handled under the security terms agreed with the relevant agency.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including support for SSO and SCIM, encryption in transit and at rest, and SOC 2 controls. No system is perfectly secure, but security is central to how we build.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Organizations may request deletion of account data subject to their agreement with us and applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. For platform data held on behalf of your organization, please direct requests to that organization.
The Services are intended for professional and organizational use and are not directed to children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
